Partnered with a local residential developer to deliver a turnkey smart home package across 12 new-build homes: smart lighting, Nest thermostats, video doorbells, and hub pre-wire in each unit.

Security infrastructure for a 28-home gated community: IP cameras at entry/exit points, video intercom at each home, smart lock integration, and NVR centralized at the HOA hub.
AI Scheduling Agent — Residential Developer
Custom n8n + LLM workflow built for a residential developer: inbound buyer inquiries are handled by an AI agent that answers questions, qualifies leads, and auto-books site visits into the sales team calendar.
Commercial Office Buildout — 3-Floor Tenant
Full Cat6e structured cabling for a 3-floor commercial tenant fit-out: 180 data drops, server room build-out, WiFi AP placement, and full network documentation delivered to the building manager.
